HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT

I, the undersigned shall indemnify and hold harmless the Massey Agricultural Society Inc, their members, agents, volunteers and employees from and against all claims, demands, losses, costs, damages, actions, suits or proceedings by any third parties that may arise out of, or attribute to, all operations by or carried out be his/her agents, employees, or anyone whose acts may be held liable, howsoever caused.
