ENTRY FORM

Time: Weigh in: 1:00 p.m.            Competition Starts at: 2:00 p.m.        Where: Main stage

Trophies for 1st Place in all Classes AND awesome prizes to be won AND bragging rights

CLASSES:

Men’s Featherweight – 150 lbs and under

Lightweight – 151 to 175 lbs

Middleweight – 176 to 200 lbs

Heavyweight – 201 lbs and over

Left Handed Open

Ladies 125 lbs and under

126 lbs and over

Children’s 4 Classes

Children will be assigned to a weight class, according to size and weight of the competitors. To be determined by the Judge and/or the Director

Entry fees: Adult $10.00 Child $5.00

Rules and Regulations will be posted on site.
